Eligibility : The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, excluding Florida, New York, and Rhode Island (“Eligibility Area”) who are 18 years of age or older (or 19 years of age or older for residents of AL and NE) as of the Start Date of the Promotion.

Promotion Period : The “Rockstar Custom Motorcycle Sweepstakes” (the “Promotion” or “Sweepstakes”) will commence at 12:00:01 PM Pacific Time (“PT”) on June 16, 2014 (“Start Date”) and ends at 11:59:59 AM PT on December 31, 2014 (“End Date;” and Start Date and End Date collectively, the “Promotion Period”).
