Newport Pleasure Ride Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Sweepstakes only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia  (excluding residents of Colorado, Massachusetts, Michigan and Texas) who are smokers, 21 years of age or older, and have a PIN# at time of entry. Sweepstakes void in Colorado, Massachusetts, Michigan, Texas and where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

Promotion Period : Sweepstakes begins on or about 10/1/08 and ends 12/31/08.

Limit :  One Internet Entry per person per day.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize consists of one (1) Model Year 2009 Chrysler 300 Limited, which has a Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”) up to $40,000; $10,000 to be used for vehicle upgrades, additional features, amenities and/or gasoline; and a check made payable to the Grand Prize Winner in the amount of $17,500 to assist the Grand Prize Winner in paying for any applicable federal and state taxes associated with the Grand Prize. The approximate retail value of Grand Prize: $67,500.
