Eligibility : The Kia Download & Win Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the 50 United States (includes the District of Columbia) who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid U.S. driver’s license at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Kia Download & Win Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 A.M. Pacific Time (PT) on April 18, 2009, and ends at 11:59 P.M. PT on April 30, 2009 (“Entry Period”).

• A trip for two to Los Angeles, California, May 31, 2009 – June 3, 2009, to attend the Microsoft E3 Press Briefing. (Approximate Retail Value $3,600.00) Trip includes: Round trip coach airfare from major airport closest to winner’s home for winner and guest. Trip winner’s travel companion will be required to execute a Liability/Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents. If a travel companion is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at his/her own expense if the parent/guardian is not the winner. Winner and any guests are responsible for providing all required travel documents, including, but not limited to required Visa, passport etc. If winner lives within 100 miles of travel destination, Sponsor reserves the right to provide alternative transportation.
