Eligibility : Must be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry who are licensed drivers possessing a valid United States driver’s license. Void in Puerto Rico, outside the U.S. and where prohibited and restricted by law.
