Eligibility : This JCPenney Optical Sweepstakes 2021 is offered only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Sweepstakes Period : The Eyes On The Prize Sweepstakes starts on September 28, 2021 and ends on November 11, 2021.

Prizes :
