HSN Come On In and Win

Eligibility : HSN Come On In and Win (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on June 25, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 29, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may receive one (1) entry total into the drawing for the Grand Prize the first time they register. Each participant may also receive one (1) entry into the drawing for Celebrity Prize selected, and one (1) Instant Win Game play per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):
Grand Prize: ONE (1) 2008 CADILLAC CTS PRIZE: A 2008 Cadillac CTS sedan and $10,500 in cash to assist the winner in paying income taxes on the value of the prize will be awarded. The color, interior and options is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Any optional features, not already on the vehicle, are not included in the prize. The winner is required to have a valid driver’s license and purchase car insurance quotes on the vehicle prior to accepting and receiving the prize. Proof of driver’s license and insurance will be required. The car will be transported to the winner’s residence by truck at which time the winner will take possession of the vehicle. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $47,840.

Celebrity Prizes:
ONE (1) RING DESIGNED WITH YOU IN MIND PRIZE: A custom designed ring from Jean Dousset and $3,000 in cash to assist the winner in paying taxes on the value of the prize will be awarded. The ring will include a solitaire .75 carat asscher cut diamond, GIA certified G/vs! or 100 round brilliant cut diamonds micro set around the center and onto the shank of the ring. The ring will have Jean Dousset’s signature engraved in the shank. The ring will resemble an asscher cut blue spinel. The final design of the ring and any additional materials are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The prize will be fulfilled no later than 12/31/08. ARV: $13,000.
ONE (1) EXPERIENCE L.A. THE CELEBRITY WAY PRIZE: Trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home to Los Angeles, CA; three (3) nights accommodations at a 4-star hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation between hotel and airport; admission for two (2) to a Hollywood event (event and seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); dinner at Spago with Diane Gillman and Laurie Feltheimer and a Day of pampering at Ken Paves Salon. Trip must be taken before 9/30/08 on dates agreed upon by both winner and Sponsor. ARV: $15,000.
ONE (1) GIRLFRIEND SPA GETAWAY TO NYC PRIZE: Trip for four (4) on a Spa getaway. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for four (4) from a major airport nearest winner’s home to New York City; two (2) nights accommodations at NYC W Hotel (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation between hotel and airport; treatments at Bliss Spa (treatments determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); daily breakfast; tour of Allure Magazine headquarters (all details of tour determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), lunch with an editor for Allure Magazine at the famous CNP café; an Alllure gift bag (contents of gift bag determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); a $1,200.00 gift card for the Blue Fin or one of the other W Hotel restaurants; and $2,250 to assist the winner in paying taxes on the value of the prize. Winner must travel before 12/31/08 on dates agreed upon by both winner and Sponsor. ARV: $9,750.
ONE (1) PARTY WITH A PROFESSIONAL PRIZE: A holiday party for ten (10) people in the winner’s home planned by Colin Cowie, including Colin Cowie brand table top décor (dishes, glasses, napkins, napkin rings, silverware, centerpiece), holiday or seasonal décor to decorate the party, party favors and $7,125 in cash to assist the winner in paying taxes on the value of the prize will be awarded. Theme and decorations will be determined by Colin Cowie and his staff. Party must take place in November or December of 2008 on a date and at a time agreed upon by both winner and Sponsor. Attendees at the party must sign an Appearance Release giving HSN permission to show footage of the party on HSN, hsn.com and all other media avenues without further compensation or permission. ARV: $24,150.
ONE (1) ROOM FOR IMPROVEMENT WITH NATE BERKUS PRIZE: Trip for two (2) to New York to meet with Nate Berkus. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home to New York, NY; two (2) nights accommodations at a 4-star hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation for length of stay; meet and greet with Nate Berkus including brunch (menu determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) and a consult to review a room in winner’s home; $5,000 of Nate Berkus products to help winner transform his/her room and $2,700 in cash to assist the winner in paying taxes on the prize. Trip must be taken between 9/1/08 and 9/30/08 on dates agreed upon by both winner and Sponsor. ARV: $11,700.
ONE (1) BAM! DINE WITH EMERIL LAGASSE PRIZE: Trip for two (2) to New Orleans, LA for dinner with Emeril. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from airport near winner’s home to New Orleans, LA; two (2) nights accommodations at a 4-star hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); $500.00 to cover ground transportation during stay; dinner at Emeril’s Del Monico with Emeril; lunch at NOLA and dinner with Emeril at the kitchen table at Emeril New Orleans; $200.00 to cover all other meals; and $960 in cash to assist the winner in paying taxes on the prize. The trip must be taken between 10/1/08 and 11/30/08 on dates agreed upon by both winner and Sponsor. ARV: $4,610.
ONE (1) GREEN YOUR LIFE WITH METHOD PRIZE: Trip for two (2) to San Francisco, CA. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to San Francisco, CA; two (2) nights accommodations at The Orchard Hotel(single room, double occupancy); ground transportation for length of stay arranged by method; dinner with Adam and Eric of method; a day at method to “design your own Detox Kit” including hand wash, all purpose cleaner, quilt body wash, laundry detergent and dish soap; a day at the Solage Resort including one (1) spa treatment for winner and guest; a year supply of winner’s custom designed product (five (5) cases of each product); a green, energy-efficient Whirlpool Duet Steam washer and dryer, an eco-efficient Whirlpool dishwasher; meals for length of stay provided and arranged by method; shipping and delivery of appliances and custom designed products to the winner’s home; and $3,000 to assist the winner in paying taxes on the prize. Trip must be taken by 3/3/09 on dates agreed upon by both winner and Sponsor. ARV: $13,000.
