Eligibility : Open to all legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 years or older, who have Internet access as of June 7, 2012 and with a valid drivers license issued by their state of residence

Promotion Period : Starting at 10:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 8, 2012 and ending at 10:00:00 a.m. ET on August 31, 2012 (the “Entry Period”)

Limit : Limit one (1) online entry per person, e-mail address, or household per twenty-four hour (24) hour period.

Prize (s) :

GRAND PRIZES: Three (3) Grand Prize Winners will each receive one (1) 2012 Chevy Silverado, at an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Thirty-Six Thousand Dollars ($36,000) per Grand Prize Winner.

FIRST PLACE PRIZES: Fifty (50) First Place Prize Winners will each receive one (1) pair of tickets to a 2013 NASCAR Sprint Cup, Nationwide or Truck Series race of the winner’s choice, with a maximum value of One Hundred Fifty Dollars for the pair, which are subject to availability, to the standard terms and procedures of NASCAR, and to NASCAR’s discretion, at an ARV of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150) per First Place Winner. TRANSPORATION AND LODGING NOT INCLUDED.

SECOND PLACE PRIZES: Twenty-Five (25) Second Place Winners will each receive one (1) American Ethanol Die Cast Car autographed by Austin Dillon, at an ARV of Sixty-Five Dollars ($65) per Second Place Winner.

THIRD PLACE PRIZES: One Hundred (100) Third Place Winners will each receive one (1) Fifty Dollar ($50) NASCAR.com Superstore gift certificate, at an ARV of Fifty Dollars ($50) per Third Place Winner.

FOURTH PLACE PRIZES: One Hundred (100) Fourth Place Winners will each receive one (1) American Ethanol Green Flag autographed by Austin Dillon, at an ARV of Forty Dollars ($40) per Fourth Place Winner.

FIFTH PLACE PRIZES: One Hundred (100) Fifth Place Winners will each receive one (1) Twenty-Five Dollar ($25) NASCAR.com Superstore gift certificate, at ARV of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25) per Fifth Place Winner.

SIXTH PLACE PRIZES: One Hundred Twenty Five (125) Sixth Place Winners will each receive one (1) American Ethanol Hat, at an ARV of Twenty Dollars ($20) per Sixth Place Winner.
