2013 Pennzoil Dream Machine Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (including the District of Columbia) and Puerto Rico (collectively “U.S.”) who currently reside in the U.S., are at least eighteen (18) years old as of the last day of the month prior to the date of entry (or the legal age of majority in their state of legal residence) and who have a valid, current U.S. driver’s license and proof of liability insurance.

Promotion Period : Starts 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on February 28, 2013, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on March 27, 2013 (“Promotion Period”).

Prize (s) :

PRIZE (1): A 2013 Dodge® Challenger SRT8® (the “Vehicle”). Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (“MSRP”): USD$46,000. Prize winner will also receive USD$10,000 (awarded in the form of a check) to assist in offsetting
any taxes with respect to the Vehicle (collectively, the (“Prize”). Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: $56,000.
