I find things these days of Covid Shelter in Place & wonder what to do with them. Then I imagine what d owner of these object might be like & how their belonging(s) came to be where I found them. I think about a story to go with the object(s) it keeps my mind engaged while I walk . This book has really peaked my interest.

So sad! The Costco Connection rules stated the contest was open until 7/31/2020 @ 11:59:59 PM (PT). I logged on at 10:15 PM (PT) and the giveaway was already changed to the August book giveaway already. :-( The Wedding Thief sounded like a perfect end of summer read!

In today’s society of computer issues, you never know if it’s a fake site or not that you’re being directed to. I typed in costcoconnectionbookgiveaway.com and survey monkey site appeared. I back tracked until I found something linked to Costco then clicked on their link for “enter book giveaway”. I was directed once more to survey monkey and figured that it was the one intended by Costco. Very confusing!

Your magazine says to enter for a chancy for a free book. This site just sends me to others I don’t want.

I would very much like to win Fannie Flagg’s new book. I entered Nov. 4 and it showed that the dates to enter were between October 1 to October 31.
Over the years, I have also noticed that the current month may not show up until as late as the 2nd week of the new month. In my computer experience, I do believe that whoever is responsible for the updating of this site is either not doing their job or it is assigned to someone who is overloaded or inexperienced. Costco is an amazing company so it is hard to believe that they have probably outsourced this to a poor provider. If that is not the case, then I am really disappointed as this is not the Costco way.

I hope my entry went for the November book give away Fannie Flagg The Wonder Boy pf Whistle Stop. Very hard to know if you are at the right site for this. Too many pop ups for survey’s and/or sweepstakes. I just want the book give away entry, not sure if that is what I accomplished ???

I received the new Costco connect and was interested to read the book by Laura Morelli – The Night Portrait signed by the author. I like knowing about history and this book is a wonderful interpretation of two timelines. But I cannot find any details on the costco website. Hope this is updated regularly so members are not disappointed to not find teh details as mentioned in the magazine.
