Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry

Promotion Period : Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 16, 2013 until 5:00 p.m. ET on February 19, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”)

Prize (s) :

The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive $2,500 cash (in the form of a check) and assorted Rachael Ray and Guy Fieri products from the Food Network store. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Rachael Ray and Guy Fieri products is $775. Total ARV of the Grand Prize is $3,275.
