Constant Contact Touchdown Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Constant Contact Touchdown Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are authorized Business Partners of Constant Contact as of September 30, 2008 and are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period :  The Constant Contact Touchdown Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to Tampa, FL to attend a professional sporting event during the first week of February. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Tampa, FL; four (4) days and three (3) nights accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from the sporting event; and $1,000 spending money. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000.

TWENTY (20) FIRST PRIZES: $100 American Express gift card. ARV: $100.
