Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Nevada, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.
