Eligibility : Open only to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Void in California, Utah, Rhode Island and where prohibited or restricted by law, regulation, rule or otherwise.

Promotion Period : Sweepstakes runs December 1, 2011, at 12:01 a.m. PT through March 31, 2012, at 11:59 p.m. PT.

Limit : Three (3) entries per name/email address per day, regardless of the method of entry

Prize (s) :

Winner will receive one (1) customized surfboard. Approximate retail value of the prize is $800.00.
