Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older.

Promotion Period : Begins on August 15, 2011 at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on October 31, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person/email address, per day for all methods of entry.

Prize (s) :

Five (5) Grand Prizes (1 prize per Entry Period): each a $1,000 check, a MOTOROLA XOOM™ tablet, a backpack with school supplies and a digital camera. ARV: $2,000.

Five (5) Second Prizes (1 prize per Entry Period): each a $500 check.

Five (5) Third Prizes (1 prize per Entry Period): each a MOTOROLA XOOM™ tablet. ARV: $499.

Five (5) Fourth Prizes (1 prize per Entry Period): each a digital camera. ARV: $70.

Thirty (30) Fifth Prizes (6 prize per Entry Period): each a backpack with school supplies. ARV: $200.
