Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas and Utah, who are at least 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), June 10, 2011 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, July 31, 2011

Limit : 1 Sweepstakes entry into a concert drawing and 1 Sweepstakes entry into the Grand Prize drawing per person during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s) :

1 GRAND PRIZE: A trip package for winner and 3 guests to New York, NY. Prize consists of round trip, coach-class air transportation for 4 people from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the major airport of Sponsor’s choice near New York, NY; 2 nights’ accommodations at Sponsor’s choice of hotel (2 rooms, double occupancy); and. Depending when winner plans to travel, Sponsor may provide 4 concert tickets to a concert of Sponsor’s choice. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.

240 FIRST PRIZES (10 per concert date specified above): 2 tickets to the applicable Taking Back Sunday concert, dates and locations listed above. Prize package also includes the opportunity for winner and guest to observe the sound check with members of the band prior to the concert. ARV: $60.
