Eligibility : The Promotion is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Canada (excluding residents of the Province of Quebec) who are 21 years of age or older.

Promotion Period : The POM Voyage Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Promotion”) commences at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”)

Prize (s):

Exactly one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received and awarded a Grand Prize trip to Cyprus consisting of: Round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) from the airport nearest the winner’s residence to the destination; five star hotel accommodations for six (6) days, five (5) nights; spa and dinner for two (2); transportation to/from airport; and one (1) $1,000.00 USD AMEX gift card for travel expenses. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $8,000.00 USD.
