Eligibility : This promotion is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize:Winner will receive $100,000 for use in the execution of the project outlined in the winning essay.
Grand Prize winner will also receive a 3-day/2-night trip to a spa resort in Phoenix, AZ, tentatively scheduled for March, 2011 (date to be determined by Sponsor and is subject to change) where winner will participate in a one (1) hour life coaching session with Dr. Martha Beck. Winner will also receive three (3) one-hour, follow-up life coaching sessions (via phone) with Dr. Beck; sessions are subject to scheduling and availability of Dr. Beck and must be completed within 2011. The total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize is $128,000.
