Eligibility : The Remix Riunite Song Contest (“Contest”) is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (except the States of California, Utah and Tennessee), who are 21 years of age or older.

Promotion Period : Enter your Remix in the Contest between 12:00:01 AM ET on May 1, 2010 and 11:59:59 PM ET on July 31, 2010 (“Contest Entry Period”)

Limit : Each Contestant is allowed a maximum of five (5) Approved Entries in the Contest.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $5,000 cash.

FOUR (4) RUNNER-UP PRIZES: $1,000 cash.
