Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open to all residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico) who are (i) 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time on April 30th, 2010, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on May 31st, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”).
