How To Enter

Here is a step-by-step guide that will help you enter this Sweepstakes today:

• Step 1. Log on to https://usatoday.gannettcontests.com/2025-Fall-50K-Project-Home-Improved-FPHI/.
• Step 2. Navigate to and click on the National Partner Entry Page.
• Step 3. Complete the requested contact information and read and electronically agree to the Official Rules.

Prizes

Four (4) prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes as detailed in this section.

1. Grand Prize Winner. The first Entrant chosen in the Drawings will be named the “Grand Prize Winner” and awarded $25,000 presented in the form of a check. The approximate retail value of the prize is $25,000.
2. Second Place Winner. The second Entrant chosen in the Drawings will be named the “Second Place Winner” and awarded $10,000 presented in the form of a check. The ARV of this prize is $10,000.
3. Third Place Winner. The third Entrant chosen in the Drawings will be named the “Third Place Winner” and awarded $10,000 presented in the form of a check. The ARV of this prize is $10,000.
4. Fourth Place Winner. The fourth Entrant chosen in the Drawings will be named the “Fourth Place Winner” and awarded $5,000 presented in the form of a check. The ARV of this prize is $5,000.

The ARV of all national prizes being awarded in the Sweepstakes is $50,000.

Sweepstakes Rules

• Sweepstakes Eligibility: The Giveaway is open only to persons who are (a) legal residents and physically reside within the United States or the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, (b) twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry and (c) the current owner of a single-family residence in the Eligibility Area.
• Promotion Period: The Contest ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 31, 2025.
• Limit: Regardless of the method of entry, there is a limit of one Entry per eligible person per day.
• Random Drawing Date: October 31, 2025
