Eligibility : Coca-Cola ASPIRING Filmmakers Consumer Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including D.C.) who are aged 18 and older.

Promotion Period : The Coca-Cola ASPIRING Filmmakers Consumer Contest begins on February 3, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on February 15, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : Go to mycoke.com/filmmakers and follow the instructions.

Limit : You may upload 1 Submission into the Contest during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

1 GRAND PRIZE: $10,000.
