Eligibility :  Open only to legal U.S. residents who are 18 years of age or older.

Promotion Period : The Staples Twitter Netbook Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01:01 a.m. EST on December 28, 2009 and ends on the earlier of: (i) 12:00:01 a.m. EST on February 12, 2010; or (ii) when Staples has 13,000 persons who follow StaplesTweets on Twitter™ at http://www.twitter.com/staplestweets (each person who follows StaplesTweets is referred to as a “StaplesTweets Follower”) (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
