Eligibility : The AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States & District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of 12/7/09

Promotion Period : Between 9:00:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) on 12/7/09 and 5:00:00 PM CT on 12/27/09 (the “Promotion Period”)

How To Enter : Visit www.att.net/attcottonbowl and fully complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes.

Limit : There is a limit of (50) entries per person, per wireless phone number, per household and per email address per day, regardless of the method of entry for the duration of the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

Two (2) Grand Prizes: Tickets for winner plus three (3) guests to attend the AT&T Cotton Bowl Classic at Cowboys Stadium currently scheduled for 1/2/10. (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $200 for each pair of tickets).

Five (5) First Prizes: One (1) AT&T Samsung Netbook. ARV: $99.99 each.
