The Sweepstakes begins on September 13, 2023 and ends on October 31, 2023. To enter, visit https://carecredit.com/LetsGetDigital then, complete and submit the registration form. Finally, follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game.
You can earn more entries into the Sweepstakes when you visit the social channels, Care Credit mobile app, website or marketing emails to locate Care Credit secret words. Follow the links and instruction to enter the secret word.
This Sweepstakes 2023 is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and US Territories including the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and who are CareCredit cardholders as of September 12, 2023.

Sweepstakes Prizes:
- ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $5,000, payable in the form of a check. If winner has a High Yield Savings Account with Synchrony Bank or applied for one during the Promotion Period (regardless of whether their application was approved or rejected), they will receive $10,000, payable in the form of a check. Winner does not need to add or maintain funds in their High Yield Savings Account at any time in order receive the $10,000 Grand Prize. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): up to $10,000.00.
- SEVEN (7) WEEKLY PRIZES (one (1) awarded per Weekly Entry Period): $500, payable in the form of a check. ARV: $500.00.
Instant Win Game Prizes:
- FIFTEEN (15) FIRST PRIZES: A $100 Amazon.com Gift Card. ARV: $100.00.
- FIFTY (50) SECOND PRIZES: A $50 Amazon.com Gift Card. ARV: $50.00.
