The Carnival Cruise Winning in LA Sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the fifty (50) U.S. and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes begins on 12/31/18 at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends on 1/31/19 at 11:59:59 PM ET. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per person throughout the Sweepstakes Period. The grand prize consists of a 7-day cruise sailing out of Los Angeles, CA for winner and one (1) guest in a double occupancy ocean view cabin on the Carnival Panorama cruise ship.
