- Who Can Enter? The Good Morning America 2018 New Year’s Resolutions Sweepstakes is open only to permanent legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec and Canadian territories) and who are physically located therein, who are 21 years of age or older and who possess a valid United States or Canadian Passport with an expiration date after March 30, 2019.
- When To Enter? Sweepstakes begins on or about 4:00:00 a.m. PT on 12/18/17 and ends 6:00:00 p.m. PT on 1/24/18.
- What Is The 2018 New Year’s Resolutions Sweepstakes Prize? The Grand Prize consists of $5,000 in check or cash equivalent gift card.
- Who Are The Good Morning America Sweepstakes Winners? Name of the winner, available after 1/26/18, will be posted to the “Good Morning America’s 2018 New Year’s Resolution Sweepstakes” homepage at www.GoodMorningAmerica.com/Sweepstakes for at least 30 days after winner is finally determined.

I never make a resolution because I can’t stick with them! But this year is different as I continue to age I see what affects my body in a negative way hence my resolution is to become healthier. I’ve been diabetic most of my life and have a true need to become the healthiest person I can be, therefore I am not “dieting “ but I am going to change my lifestyle! Winning this sweepstakes would afford me the chance to buy kitchen supplies needed for this resolution and to be involved in a healthy program for fitness and lifestyle changes. My New Year’s Resolutions for the year of 2018
It would seem as though we set New Year’s Resolutions each year and have such a difficult time following them or even trying to actually putting them into perspective. This year I’m setting some visionary resolutions with a visionary board to actually remind myself that these are the resolutions that I have set out to accomplish for myself. My resolutions are to be a better me and to help others to accomplish that same goal too. I want to be able to set aside the time to pamper myself with a massage, to be able to tone my body up and still have fun while doing it, to eat a lot healthier and to feel good about myself. These are not unrealistic resolutions but finding the time or money just to do something for you. I’m collecting magazine pictures, positive quotes, and helping others set New Year’s resolutions that they can actually accomplish this New Year… It’s time to take care of ourselves this New Year and up those things that we need to do for ourselves and the things we desire to accomplish this New Year!
