The Jamba 21-Day Healthier You Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open to legal residents of Arizona, California, Colorado,  Florida, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts,  Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, Washington, Washington DC, and Wisconsin who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence.  Void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : Sweepstakes begins at 12:01a.m. PST on June 2, 2008 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PST on November 6, 2008 (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Limit one entry per person per address/e-mail address per day no matter what method of entry is used.

Prize (s):
One (1) winner will receive the “Grand Prize” consisting of (a) $2,200 preloaded jambacard, for use at participating Jamba Juice locations, (b) $5,200 worth of personal training sessions with one or more certified personal trainers, and (c) one Nike gift card valued at $600, redeemable only at Nike stores or Nike.com. The total Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $8,000.

Fifty (50) “Second Prize” winners will receive one preloaded jambacard with a $50 value for use at participating Jamba Juice locations.
