Eligibility : Frito-Lay Black History Month Art Contest (“Contest”) is open only to legal residents of any of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Contest submissions must be received between 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) Central Time (“CT”) on January 13, 2014 and 11:59:59 p.m. CT on February 15, 2014 (“Contest Entry Period”). Contest voting begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) CT on February 16, 2014 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on March 1, 2014 (“Contest Voting Period”).
