Restaurant Express Las Vegas Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and D.C. who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii and where prohibited.

Promotion Period : Beginning at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 22, 2013 until 5:00 p.m. ET on January 6, 2014 (the “Promotion Period”)

Limit : Limit of one (1) entry per eligible person, per day, during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following (the “Grand Prize”): a trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada, which includes: (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and guest between the major U.S. commercial airport in the contiguous 48 United States and D.C. nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Las Vegas, Nevada (airports determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); (ii) four (4) days and three (3) nights hotel accommodations at the M Resort Spa & Casino (as determined by Sponsor) (one double occupancy room, room rate and tax only); (iii) dinner for two (2) at the restaurant to be opened by the winner of Restaurant Express (or a comparable restaurant); and (iv) $500 in spending money. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize: $3,200.
