Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous United States and the District of Columbia (“U.S.”) 21 years of age or older, who reside in the United States.

Promotion Period : Starts on or about 12:00 am Eastern Time (ET) on October 18, 2013 and ends 11:59 pm ET on December 2, 2013 (“Promotion Period”).

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize (1): a 4 day, 3 night ski or snowboard trip for winner and one adult guest (21 or older) to Breckenridge Ski Resort, Breckenridge, Colorado. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,980. Trip package consists of: round trip, coach air transportation for winner and guest from a major commercial airport to Denver, Colorado; 3 nights lodging (standard accommodations, double occupancy) at a hotel selected by winner from a list provided by Sponsor; two 3 day  ski/snowboard tickets and rentals for the Breckenridge Resort (rentals for each individual will consist of: 1 pair of skis (bindings and poles) or 1 snowboard (bindings and boots) and helmet– which is required to be worn) (up to a $600 total value); ground transportation to/from Denver airport and resort (selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); a $150 per diem for winner to be used for meals and expenses (up to $600).
