REESE’S Perfect Play Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The REESE’S Perfect Play Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older or age of majority in their state of residence as of the date of entry.

Promotion Period : REESE’S Perfect Play Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 1, 2010 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on April 11, 2010 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

How To Enter : Visit reesesperfectplay.com (the “Website”), during the Sweepstakes Period.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per name, per e-mail address per Weekly Entry Period.

Prize (s):

Grand Prize (1): Grand Prize consists of a trip for the winner and three (3) guests to attend the winner’s choice of either the 2011 NCAA® Men’s or Women’s Final Four® Basketball Tournament. Prize includes: two (2) double-occupancy standard hotel rooms for winner and three (3) guests for four (4) nights, four (4) tickets for winner and guests to attend the tournament and $1,000.00 spending money (payable to winner in the form of a check). Approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is Ten Thousand Dollars (US$10,000.00).

WEEKLY ENTRY PERIOD PRIZES:
First Prizes (300 total; 50 per Week): Each First Prize consists of one (1) EA SPORTS^™ NCAA® Basketball 10 video game, with an ARV of Fifty-Nine Dollars and Ninety-Five Cents (US$59.95) each.
Second Prizes (6,000 total; 1,000 per Week); each Second Prize consists of a coupon good for one (1) free REESE’S® Dark Peanut Butter Cups Miniatures, 12 oz. bag, with an ARV of Three Dollars and Sixty-Nine Cents (US$3.69) each.
