Design for Venus Contest

Eligibility : Design for Venus Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. (excluding Maine) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Design for Venus Contest begins on February 5, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on April 23, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

How To Enter : During each Week of the Entry Phase, visit (the “Web Site”) and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form

Limit : Each entrant may enter five (5) Submission per Week during the Entry Phase.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZES: A trip package for two (2) to a tennis tournament where Venus Williams will compete wearing a physical adaptation of the winning outfit. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from an airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the host city of a Sponsor selected tennis tournament; three (3) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); two (2) tickets to the Sponsor selected tennis tournament where Venus Williams will compete in the physical adaptation of the winner’s Submission (seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); an autographed photo of Venus Williams in the winning outfit (details of photo determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and $5,000 spending money. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $7,600.

SIXTY (60) FINALIST PRIZES (six (6) per Week of the Entry Phase): An autographed Venus Williams tennis ball. ARV: $25
