2008 UPS Air Services Optionizer Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The 2008 UPS Air Services Optionizer Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of one of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, age 18 and older at the time of entry who have a valid e-mail account and internet access prior to the beginning of the Program Period.

Promotion Period : The 2008 UPS Air Services Optionizer Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) shall begin at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on November 3, 2008 and continue through 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on December 28, 2008 (“Program Period”).

Limit :  Entrants may submit as many Sweepstakes registrations as they like.

Prize (s):

Forty (40) Weekly Prizes to be awarded.
A total of eight (8) Weekly Sweepstakes First Prizes and thirty-two (32) Weekly Sweepstakes Second Prizes will be awarded.

Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes:
Each Weekly First Prize has an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of $300.
Weekly First Prizes include (2) Sony Location-Free Base Station units or equivalent, (2) Garmin nuvi GPS systems or equivalent, (2) Apple TV units or equivalent, and (2) Casio Exilim 10.1-megapixel digital cameras or equivalent.

Each Weekly Second Prize has an ARV of $50.
Weekly Second Prizes include (8) Samsung portable DVD players or equivalent, (8) iPod Shuffle portable music players or equivalent, (8) music download gift cards and (8) Sony Noise-canceling Headphones or equivalent.

Four (4) End of Promotion Prizes to be awarded:
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected. Grand Prize winner may choose one of the following prizes:

Option one: a trip for the winner and one (1) guest to the UPS Worldport facility in Louisville, KY will be awarded. Grand Prize trip includes hotel accommodations for two (2) adults (based on double occupancy) for two (2) nights at a hotel location selected by Sponsor. Grand Prize trip also includes the following prize elements: roundtrip coach airfare for two (2) adults from the major commercial airport nearest the prize winner’s city of residence to Louisville, Kentucky, transportation to and from the Louisville airport to the hotel and to and from the hotel to the UPS Worldport facility, and an opportunity to enter a UPS flight simulator. (ARV: $2,200)

Option two: A cash prize of one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500).

Three (3) First Prize winners will be selected.
Each First Prize winner may choose one of the following prizes:

Option one: an LG 42” flat panel HDTV (ARV: $1,000).
OR
Option two: A cash prize of one thousand dollars ($1,000).
