Eligibility : Jergens Skincare Winterless Weather Forecaster Contest and Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older.

Promotion Period : The Jergens Skincare Winterless Weather Forecaster Contest and Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) starts on 11/1/09 at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on 1/13/10 at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”).

CONTEST PRIZE:
Grand Prize (1): Contains two elements: 1) a trip for two (2) to New York, NY between 3/15/10 and 4/15/10, exact dates to be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Trip consists of the following: (a) roundtrip, coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner’s residence to New York, NY; (b) four (4) days and three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy); (c) VIP behind-the-scenes tour of the Wake Up With Al! studio in New York. Subject to studio’s availability; (d) an autographed photograph of Al Roker; and (e) $1,000 cash (awarded in the form of a check). Approximate Retail Value: (“ARV”): $3,250 (2) The opportunity to enter into a Talent Agreement with Sponsor, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and to be filmed, photographed and/or recorded (collectively, the “Recordings”) providing a winter forecast (“Forecast”), scripted by the company, at a television station or facility close to the winner’s home, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, between 1/20/10 and 2/5/10. Sponsor may also record “behind the scenes” footage of winner’s preparation and performance of the Forecast (“B-Roll Footage”). ARV: $5,000. Total ARV of Grand Prize: $8,250.00

SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES:
Three (3) winners per day: Twenty-nine (29) First Prizes (one (1) daily). First Prize consists of: an umbrella, Shape DVD, Jergens® lotion sample, bag and coffee mug or limited edition celebrity book. Approximate Retail Value (ARV) for each First Prize is $51.00. Fifty-eight (58) Second Prizes (two (2) daily). Second Prize consists of: Shape DVD, Jergens® lotion sample, and a bag. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Second Prize is $26.00. Total ARV of all Sweepstakes prizes: $2,987.00.
