Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins at 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on January 4, 2013 and ends at 5:00:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on April 30, 2013 (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s) :

The one (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to New York City for the opportunity to meet Rachael Ray. Trip includes: (i) round trip business class air transportation (airfare and tax only) for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest between the major U.S. commercial airport in the lower 48 United States or D.C. nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and New York City; (ii) four (4) days and three (3) nights luxury hotel accommodations (as determined by Sponsor) (one double occupancy room, room rate and tax only); (iii) two (2) dinners for Grand Prize Winner and guest (location TBD by Sponsor); (iv) $1,500 cash for Grand Prize Winner; (v) round-trip airport transfers in New York City; and (vi) an opportunity to meet and greet with Rachael Ray. Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize: $10,000.
