Eligibility : The Yahoo! NIVEA FOR MEN Hole-in-Won Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry or of the age of majority if greater in their place of residence.

Promotion Period : The Yahoo! NIVEA FOR MEN Hole-in-Won Sweepstakes begins on October 5, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time (”ET”) and ends on December 1, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may only enter one (1) time during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A golf travel package for two (2) at Gleneagles, Scotland. Package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home to Glasgow, Scotland; three (3) nights’ accommodations at the Gleneagles Hotel (single room, double occupancy); daily breakfasts at the hotel; a full-size rental car for length of stay; one (1) round of golf for two (2) players at one (1) of the three (3) Gleneagles courses (excludes Saturday or Sunday play), including caddies and club rental. Approximate Retail Value (”ARV”): $8,000.
