Eligibility : The “Win Belkin’s The Amazing Spider-Man 2 VIP Trip to NYC” sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to persons (“Entrants”) aged 21 years or over who are legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), France, Germany, Mexico, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States of America (the 50 contiguous states including the District of Columbia, but excluding Florida, New York and Rhode Island) (“Entrant Countries”).

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes is open for entries on 00.00 (PST) on 3 March 2014 and closes on 23.59 (PST) on 20 May 2014 (“Closing Date”) (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Prize (s) :

The Winner will win the following prize (“Prize”):
a. economy class flights for the Winner and their Companion from an airport in or near the Winner’s home to an airport in or near to New York City, USA (“NY Airport”), on dates chosen by the Winner (flights may not be direct and both flights and dates are subject to restrictions as per clauses 11 and 13 below);
b. three (3) nights’ stay in a double or twin room (double occupancy) at a four-star hotel in New York City (“Hotel”) (room and room tax only, including breakfast), on dates chosen by the Winner (subject to restrictions as per clause 13 below);

f. $200 towards meals and incidentals; and
