Where Will the Traveling Pants Take You? Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game

Eligibility : The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States residing in the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all other territories). Entrants must be 13 years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration.

Promotion Period : Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game (”Promotion”) begins at 12:00:00 PM (Noon) Eastern Time (”ET”) on Monday, June 16, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on Sunday, August 10, 2008.

Limit : Limit one (1) Instant Win game play and one (1) Sweepstakes entry per person or email address per day.

Tell-A-Friend Program: You will be able to earn additional Sweepstakes entries through the Tell-A-Friend program.  Once on the Tell-A-Friend page, you can receive three (3) additional Sweepstakes entries by filling in the names and valid e-mail addresses of up to three (3) unique friends/family members. Limit: Three (3) additional Sweepstakes entries per person for the length of the Promotion.

Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1):
One (1) trip for winner and three (3) guests to anywhere in the continental United States for 4 nights/ 5 days and $2000.00 in spending money, payable to the winner in the form of a check. Trip includes two (2) standard, double-occupancy hotel rooms, coach class air transportation, ground transfers to and from the airport and hotel, and a $2000 stipend for food, payable to the winner in the form of a check.  Grand Prize winner will also receive a pair of Earnest Sewn “Earnest AM I” jeans. Total ARV of the Sweepstakes Prize is $10,648.00.
