Eligibility : Wendy’s Big Score (the “Instant Win Game”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (and the District of Columbia) who are 18 years old and older at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : The Instant Win Game begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), September 6, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, October 17, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”).

5 FIRST PRIZES: A trip for 2 to the Gridiron Tour including roundtrip coach-class air transportation from an airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to a city hosting the Gridiron Tour Music Festival (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); 1 night accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor (single room, double occupancy); 2 tickets to the Gridiron Tour Music Festival (terms and conditions of tickets apply); and $300 spending money that can be used toward a rental car. Winner must travel on dates determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion or prize will be forfeited in its entirety. ARV: $2,500. 5 SECOND PRIZES: A trip for 2 to ESPN Studios to experience Football Friday including roundtrip coach-class air transportation for 2 from an airport near winner’s home to New York, NY; 1 night accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor (single room, double occupancy); admission to the Football Friday experience; and $300 spending money that can be used toward a rental car. ARV: $2,500.
2 THIRD PRIZES: A $2,500 Best Buy gift card that can be used to create the Ultimate College Football Home Theater. ARV: $2,500.
5 FOURTH PRIZES: A $1,500 Best Buy gift card that can be used to purchase a 50″ Plasma TV. ARV: $1,500.
2 FIFTH PRIZES: A Leather reclining chair in your favorite College Football team’s colors (style and details of chair determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $1,000.
20 SIXTH PRIZES: A $400 Best Buy gift card that can be used to purchase a Gaming Console. ARV: $400.
1,000 SEVENTH PRIZES: NCAA® Football 11 video game from EA SPORTS (available in the following formats: PlayStation® 3, PlayStation® 2, Xbox 360®). ARV: $59.99.
25 EIGHTH PRIZES: A $50 Wendy’s gift card. ARV: $50.
1,000 NINTH PRIZES: A $25 ESPN.com gift card. ARV: $25.
1,000,000 TENTH PRIZES: An ESPN SportsCenter ring tone. ARV: $0.25.
