WALL•E’s Wishbox Instant Win and Sweepstakes

Eligibility : WALL•E’s Wishbox Instant Win and Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on June 20, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on July 28, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Winner’s choice of one (1) of the following two (2) trips:

1. ONE HUNDRED (100) FIRST PRIZES: WALL•E movie passes.  Prize will be awarded as a digital code.  ARV: $24.

ONE THOUSAND (1,000) SECOND PRIZES: $10 Disney Shopping gift code.  ARV: $10.
