Eligibility : Volcom Win a Trip to New York City Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on 7/7/08 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on 9/1/08 (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person per valid email address and per household.

Prize (s):

One prize will be given consisting of a three night trip to New York City, NY for the winner and one guest including:
- Round trip coach class air transportation (via airline[s] selected by Sponsors) for two people from the major U.S. gateway city airport closest to the winner’s hometown to an New York City area airport on dates to be determined by Sponsors;

- Hotel accommodations (one standard room, double occupancy) for two consecutive nights at a hotel selected by Sponsors;

- A $500 shopping spree at the Volcom store in New York City with a team rider to be selected by Volcom;

- A complete skate deck signed by a Volcom team rider to be selected by Volcom;

- Lunch or dinner (time and location determined by Volcom) with Volcom team rider to be selected by Volcom;

- Ground transportation to and from the airport to the hotel and the venue (described below); and

- Two tickets and two VIP passes to see Motorhead, Valient Thorr and Year Long Disaster on 9/20/08 in the New York City area at a venue to be determined.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $ 4,999.00 (actual value based on departure city and travel dates selected).
