VH1 Tough Love Makeover Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The VH1 Tough Love Makeover Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are twenty one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry (the “Entrant”, collectively, the “Entrants”).

Promotion Period : VH1 Tough Love Makeover Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) commences at or around 12:00 pm Eastern Time (“ET”) October 19, 2009 and ends at 11:59 am (ET) December 11, 2009 (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will receive the following Grand Prize Package (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) $3,150.00).
- Round-trip coach-class air transportation to New York, NY for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) eligible guest from a major airport of MTVN’s choice near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a major airport near New York, of MTVN’s choice. MTVN reserves the right to substitute air transportation for ground transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within a 150-mile radius of New York City and no additional compensation will be provided.
- Standard hotel accommodations for two (2) nights at a hotel and room type selected by MTVN in its sole discretion in New York City (room and tax only, one (1) double occupancy room).
- Round-trip ground transportation to/from the airport and hotel in New York, NY only for Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) guest. For the avoidance of doubt, such ground transportation must be taken together with Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) eligible guest or transportation may be forfeited and no additional compensation will be provided.
- An opportunity for Grand Prize Winner and guest to attend a “meet and greet” with Steve Ward and JoAnn Ward tentatively scheduled to take place on or about January 21, 2010 (subject to change at MTVN’s sole discretion and subject to talent’s availability).
- One (1) Shecky’s Famous Goodie Bag (exact contents subject to change at MTVN’s sole discretion)
- Grand Prize Winner will receive fashion and beauty tips from Shecky’s President Claudia Chan plus five hundred ($500) worth of Claudia’s Favorite products.

Ten (10) First Prize Winners (each a “First Prize Winner”) will each receive the following First Place Prize (ARV: $150.00 per prize):
- One (1) Shecky’s Famous Goodie Bag (exact contents subject to change at MTVN’s sole discretion)
