Here’s how it works : Beginning at 12:01 A.M., Pacific Time August 11, 2014 , you may enter using one (1) of the following methods of entry. All entries must be received before 11:59 P.M. PT, September 24, 2014

• (a) Go to your local store; copy down the UPC code from any Birds Eye product then visit Disney.com/Veggies to enter the Code and follow the instructions to complete and submit your entry.
• (b) Send the keyword “VEGGIES” as an SMS text message to the SMS shortcode 347639 (Disney).

Don’t have a UPC Code ? Use “VEGGIES” instead of the UPC code.

A maximum of ten (10) Entries per person/email address/Cell per day will be accepted during the sweepstakes period.

Prize : One winner will receive a three (3) day / two (2) night trip for Grand Prize winnerand three (3) guests to the Los Angeles, CA area, on Sponsor-selected dates to meet Laura Marano of Disney Channel’s Austin and Ally. Trip consisting of the following elements for the Group:

• [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for two (2) nights;
• [2] a Meet and Greet with Laura Marano where Grand Winner will have a cooking lesson;
• [3] a cooking lesson from a Birds Eye chef for the Grand Winner;
• [4] hotel/Meet and Greet transfers;
• [5] if Grand Winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Grand Winner’s residence and a Sponsor-selected airport in or near the City; but if Grand Winner’s residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between Grand Winner’s residence and the hotel and
• [6] airport/hotel transfers if air transportation is provided.
