Vegas Bound Contest

Eligibility : Vegas Bound Contest (the “Contest”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including D.C.) who are at least twenty one (21) years old at time of entry and who did not purchase any products, services or equipment for the purposes of entering this Contest.

Promotion Period : The Vegas Bound Contest begins on February 16, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), ends on April 13, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”) and consists of three (3) phases as set forth in the chart below.

How To Enter : During the Submission Phase, visit www.youtube.com/lasvegas and follow the links and instructions to create or log in to your YouTube account (the “Account”). Creating an Account is free. Once logged in to your Account, follow the links and instructions to submit one (1) video discussing why you need a trip to Las Vegas (the “Submission”). Upon submitting your video, you will receive an email to the email address you used to register for your YouTube Account. Follow the instructions in the email to complete an online registration form. Submit the registration form, including your first and last name, home mailing address (P.O. Boxes not permitted) and email address to receive one (1) entry into the Contest.

Limit : One (1) Submission per person during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for winner and one (1) travel companion to Las Vegas, NV. Trip package includes roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Las Vegas, NV; two (2) nights’ accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); dinner for two (2) at a restaurant of Sponsor’s choice (alcohol not included); and tickets for two (2) to a show of Sponsor’s choice.

Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above) and no later than August 21, 2009. For the Winner List, send an email with subject line: “Vegas Bound Contest, Winner List Request,” to WinListRequests@eprizefulfillment.com.
