Eligibility :  Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and D.C. who are eighteen (18) years of age or older, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes will begin at 12:01:00 a.m. (ET) on January 22, 2014 and end at 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on March 7, 2014 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Mail-In Entries : To enter by regular mail, hand-print on a 3″ x 5″ piece of paper your name, address, city, state, zip code, daytime phone number (where you can be reached during normal business hours), and birth date. All mail-in entries must be mailed to The Valpak “Win a Trip to The Talk” Sweepstakes, PO Box 43368, Atlanta, GA 30336. Maximum one (1) entry per stamped, outer mailing envelope. No photocopies, mechanical reproductions, altered, illegible, garbled, inaudible, incomplete, mutilated, postage-due or forged entries will be accepted. All online entries must be received no later than 11:59:59 p.m. (ET) on March 7, 2014, and all mail-in entries must be postmarked by March 7, 2014, and received by March 13, 2014.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize Winner and one (1) travel companion will receive a 5 day/4 night trip to Los Angeles, California to attend a taping of The Talk (the “Grand Prize”). Trip consists of two (2) round-trip coach class tickets for air transportation from the major hub U.S. airport closest to the Grand Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Los Angeles, California, hotel accommodations for four (4) nights (one room, double-occupancy; location to be determined by Prize Supplier in its sole discretion), two (2) tickets to a taping of The Talk (exact details, including seat locations, shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor and/or Prize Supplier) and $1,000.00 spending cash. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is five thousand dollars ($5,000.00).
