One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following grand prize (the Grand Prize):
– Admission for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) eligible guest to attend one (1) MTV, VH1 or CMT Unplugged show (the Show) taping of Grand Prize Winner¡¦s choosing from the available Show dates offered by Sponsor during the Grand Prize Winner selection and verification process. Show dates and locations subject to change at Sponsor¡¦s sole discretion. (Approximate Retail Value [¡§ARV¡¨]: Complimentary).
– Round-trip coach-class air transportation for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) eligible guest from a major airport of Sponsor¡¦s choice near the Grand Prize Winner¡¦s residence to a major airport of Sponsor¡¦s choice near the Show venue. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute roundtrip ground transportation for air transportation if Grand Prize Winner resides within a 150-mile radius of the Show venue and no additional compensation will be provided (ARV: $2,000.00).
– Hotel accommodations for the Grand Prize Winner and his/her one (1) eligible guest for two (2) days/one (1) night at a hotel and room type selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion near the Show venue. (Room and tax only, one (1) double occupancy room (ARV: $400.00).
The ARV of the Grand Prize is $2,400.00
The cash prize alternative shall consist of $2,400.00 cash (the ¡§Cash Prize Alternative¡¨).

Winner List : For the name of the Grand Prize Winner (after June 22, 2012) and/or Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope by August 8, 2012 to: MTV, Unplugged Sweepstakes, Attention: Kevin Forsyth, 1515 Broadway, 17th Floor New York, NY 10036. Please note on the front left-hand corner of your outer envelope whether you are requesting “Official Rules” or the name of the “Grand Prize Winner”.
