Eligibility : The Ultimate Summer Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of Colorado, South Dakota, Utah and Wyoming who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period :  The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), June 21, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, August 31, 2010 (the “Promotion Period”)

Prize (s):

1 GRAND PRIZE: A trip package for 2 to Rapid City, SD for the 2011 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally scheduled for August 8 – 14, 2011 consisting of 5 days and 4 night accommodations at a hotel determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); VIP fan access including backstage VIP access with reserved seating for all concerts and events associated with the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally (seat locations for concerts to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and $1,500 in spending money. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,000.

10 FIRST PRIZES: A $100 product gift certificate redeemable at a Custom Chrome authorized dealer, plus a Commemorative 40th Anniversary Gift Pack from Custom Chrome. ARV: $100.

20 SECOND PRIZES: A Coca-Cola Sturgis T-Shirt (size determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $40.
