Eligibility : The Ultimate Mayhem with Slayer Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who are legal residents of the United States of America or Canada (except Quebec) and who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Ultimate Mayhem with Slayer Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM PT on May 26, 2009 and ends at 12:00 PM PT on June 28, 2009.

Limit : One entry per valid mobile telephone number or email address will be entered into the Sweepstakes.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize consisting of one (1) Rock Flight to Southern California for winner and one (1) guest to attend the Mayhem Festival. Rock Flight includes round-trip, coach class air transportation for two (2) from the airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s home within the U.S. to Ontario, California departing on or about July 11, 2009 and returning on or about July 13, 2009; one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room two (2) nights / three (3) days hotel; two (2) tickets and VIP access to the Mayhem Festival at San Manuel Amphitheater on July 12, 2009; round-trip limousine transportation from the hotel to the venue, not to exceed four (4) hours; Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($500.00) for ground transportation expenses and spending money; and One (1) ESP/LTD guitar of winner’s choice: winner to choose either one (1) ESP/LTD JH-600 Guitar and case with an ARV equal of $1739 OR one (1) ESP/LTD TA-600 Bass guitar and case with an ARV of $1549.
