TY KU Ninja Getaway Contest

Eligibility : TY KU Ninja Getaway Contest (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The TY KU Ninja Getaway Contest begins on January 11, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 30, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit teamtyku.com/ninja and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration.

Limit : Each participant may receive a maximum of one (1) entry per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for two (2) to the Riu Hotel of their choice. Winner may choose from either Cabo San Lucas, Mexico or Paradise Island (the prize destination), Bahamas. Trip package includes roundtrip coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to the prize destination;  one (1) Ninja Vacation Kit gift bag – including gift products by Goldfaden, Saber, Barielle and RCA/Jive.  and TY KU for two (2) people; VIP treatment for two (2) upon arrival (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000.00.
