Eligibility : Travel Channel January 2014 Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight contiguous (48) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on January 1, 2014 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on January 31, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant is eligible to receive up to two (2) Sweepstakes entries per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Belize City, Belize consisting of the following: (i) round-trip, coach-class airfare for Grand Prize Winner and guest between the major continental U.S. airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and Round trip coach airfare for winner and one (1) guest to Belize City, Belize from major gateways within the continental U.S. and Flight hoppers to San Ignacio and San Pedro and Saturday Flight to Visit Xuantinich (airports determined by Main Sponsor in its sole discretion); (ii) nine (9) days, eight (8) nights hotel accommodations (one double occupancy room, room rate and tax only); (iii) breakfast, lunch and dinner at host hotels; (iv) Tour of Cahal Pech Archaeological Site ; (v) Visit Butterfly Farm at Chaa Creek ; (vi) Cave Tubing and Zip lining at Jaguar Paw ; (vii) Visit the Belize Zoo and Guided Tour of the City; (viii) round trip airport transfers to/from hotel in in Belize; (ix) Hol Chan Marine Reserve & Shark Ray Alley to snorkel and dive and (x) all taxes related to accommodations and airfare. The trip must be completed by January 31, 2015, or Grand Prize Winner forfeits the Grand Prize in its entirety. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize trip package: $10,000.

Instant Win Game Prizes: Thirty-one (31) PRIZES (i.e., one (1) Instant Win Game Prize awarded per day during the Promotion Period) (each, an “Instant Win Game Prize”): Travel Channel luggage tag. ARV: $3.79.
